Hair in food

On 10th of December 2025, I bought a breakfast meal on my way to work when I got to work and wanted to have the meal I discovered there were hairs in. I have since sent an email to the KFC customer service and have been asked to send my slip which I did. And since then I have not received any feedback as to how this will be resolved.
