Hair in Chicken and Bad Masala Chicken

So yesterday I phone KFC in the morning. Told them I found a piece of white hair in my food that it was fried with. I order the new masala chicken from KFC Lighthouse road bluff Durban and it was dried out and cold and not nice at all. This was for two people and both of us through it in the bin and at at steers. Never been so disappointed with a KFC like this. CAPE TOWN AIRPORT KFC NOW THAT IS HOW ITS DONE. Pity in Durban now. So get this message with no response from KFC again.
