Gum or plastic on the meat

My sister bought kfc on the 12th July 2015 at shop G0004 ,Lister Medical Building Centre ,195 Jeppe Street Johannesburg, so when we started eating the food i found a piece that looked to have melted blue plastic but it was also very soft when i took the meat apart and it looked like it was a gum, we had to throw it away and the meat its self was just not good, this must be addressed, i dont think i'll ever eat kfc again after this incident.Something must be done, we are not safe with regards to food purchased at kfc .
