I was quite disappointed by the customer service from Mondlo Mall KFC.I lost my credit card and definitely sure the last place I saw my Card was Mondlo KFC.I blocked my card after seeing the card utilised around the area and decided to go and request to view the cameras and the lady called Siza was shouting at me instead of assisting.I don't know if I have to be in a certain class to be treated fairly.I was willing to follow any procedure required but the lady said she can't assist because it is not her fault that I lost the card inside the shop and to my shock 😲 one of her ****orker's told me I must not be worried because the amount used from my Card is still less than R1000 and I was wondering how the lady knew that the amount used from my card is still below R1000.The Lady called Siza further emphasized that they can not take my cards, as they have their cards with more money.

Note: Siza your disrespect manners are unwarranted. My wish was just to see the person who took my card from KFC cameras.I maybe unimportant to you as an individual but I think it won't be the same to KFC Franchise.
