Great service.Open communication

Wonderful,friendly and informative service I went to KFC in Friday.I place my order through the drive through.It was about midday.I ordered from.a very friendly and kind lady.She was attentive and patient with me. When I got to the window to get my order the lady promptly came to me to politely ask if I mind parking in the parking lot as they are making the chips.

Of course I didn't mind so I waited. I didn't wait long which I appreciated.But what I appreciated above all is she asked me.She didnt let me wait on by the window.She could help other customers.
