Great service kfc prospecton Durban after COMPLAINT.

Hi. Went to the kfc prospecton Durban yesterday after i did an online order only to get there & told their machines are not working. Inconvenienced my time and petrol to go there.i phoned the branch manager SMISO @ prospecton today & complained. As a GESTURE he gave me a full family meal. I actually didn't expect that. Just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Smiso. Really well done!!
