Great service KFC Palm Springs

I bought sreetwise pap at Kfc Palm Springs and did not find the gravy when I got home.I called and spoke to the supervisor Bongani or someone with a zulu name.He sounded very professional and I was angry but he managed to calm me down with his humbled attitude.He apologized and asked me to come back & upon going there they offered me another full pap meal which I refused to take for free but they insisted.The staff attitude in that store is friendly and welcoming.You never find them in bad mood and bigups to them for the great service.Nobody is perfect but when they make mistakes they show empathy.I am forever happy with their service.
