Great Service

Last week Monday 11th November, I ordered at the KFC drive through and when I got home I was not happy with how my order looked like, I then went back to KFC to complain, when I got to there I was ignored by the staff who were present, then Welcome Luthuli came from the back area to my rescue, he greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me, I explained my story and he apologised and went to his manager to let her know what was going on with my order, he came back and told me he would sort out my order, which he did. Welcome is patient, he has good listening s****s and definitely knows why he is there, he deserves 10 stars. Thank you Welcome for great service.

On the other hand, it would have been extra special if the manager took her time to speak to an upset customer . I take it as pure courtesy for a manager to engage with customers so they are retained.
