Great service at KFC Gugs!

I ordered on the KFC app and chose the store in Gugulethu Mall. My food arrived within the time allocated and the driver called me to alert me they had arrived. I got my food, there was nothing missing, I enjoyed the meal, and it was delicious. An hour later I received a courtesy call from the KFC Manager in Gugulethu and they were checking if I had received my order and if the meal was correct. I really appreciated this, and it made my day. Later on, that evening I got another call checking if all was well. Thank you, KFC in Gugulethu Mall, for going the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with your service. Great service indeed!!!
