Great Service at KFC Carnival Mall

Had to drive a fairly long distance and decided to stop in at the KFC at Carnival Mall this was at about 19:30 15th December 2018. I was expecting it to be busy. It was. I used the drive through. When I got to the order point, which actually did not take long at all. I placed my order in my usual fashion of not actually knowing what i wanted. The lady was so on the ball and professional. I unfortunately did not get her name. But wow what a great experience for a drive through, just what you want fast friendly service.
