Great service and progress

Well today I am making this compliment out to Celeste and her team. I was a very difficult customer because things was never right with my orders. I can say things has changed tremendously. I even what's app Celeste to tell her each time I goto the store. Well 2 weeks ago I was there and the food was perfect but the person didn't ask for R 2.00 to add hope and I asked the person why and they explained and I immediately told Celeste. Well I went this evening and the girl asked me R2.00 to add hope and I asked what made her ask and she said that she went to children's home and they explained to the staff why they should ask R2.00 to add hope to the less fortunate. Well that warmed my heart to know that the staff finally realized why they need to ask and Celeste made sure most of the staff was trained on it. CELESTE YOU ARE A SUPER STAR!!!!PLEASE BECOME THE NEXT REGIONAL MANAGER. YOU DOING GREAT WORK WITH THE STAFF AND CHANGED SONEIKE KFC DRASTICALLY!!! EVERYONE's ATTITUDE IN THE STORE HAS ALSO CHANGED AND MY ORDERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! I CANT THANKS CELESTE ENOUGH!!!
