Great service

I had ordered breakfast from the drive through however the shop had system problems and i had to go inside the store to pay for the food i had ordered. Unfortunately i had to wait for the food for a very long time but Thelma made sure that she apologizes for the long wait and offered me something while i wait. She then offered me something to drink and she offered something to my partner as a gesture of goodwill while we were waiting for our food. Such service is rare especially at most KFC retailers. Thank you
