Great Response

So I wrote a complaint to KFC about the horrible service I had received from their Kempton park branch. The next day I get a call from management which I found very impressive these days nobody really cares what u say about them. Anyway David apologized on behalf of the group and even offered me a free meal. Thank you KFC and thank you for listening. I might not be going back anytime soon to the monument branch but KFC still has a customer in me and my fam/friends. Big ups.
