Great feedback and follow up on my complaint

The great customer care I got from a Lady from KFC complains department Amanda Makele was one of the best I have ever had to come across.I had a complain about the terrible service I received from KFC Vredenburg,after she brought the matter to the management of this establishment,I received a call from a guy called Bernard who was jst petronizing and outright rude towards me, I was really disturbed by the guy’s approach towards my complain,but Amanda handle this matter with outmost professionalism and made it her mission to see to it my complain is resolved amicably.
