Great Customer Service and Efficiency

I recently called KFC The Crescent to place an order and the lines were busy. So i called the Crescent Management to find out whats going on, They then gave me the Managers Contact number and i called and spoke to Thomas Naidoo who was very apologetic towards the situation and told me he will resolve the issue. He called me back in 5 minutes and told me someone will be calling me to take my order.

A friendly guy by the name of Richmond then called me and assisted me and apologized to me saying that Store is extremely busy and that the phone lines were busy because of it being lunch time, he then assisted me with my order in a very polite manner. This was excellent customer service with such efficiency by both Thomas and Richmond... Keep up the excellent work...
