Great Attitude and Attention to Detail
The manager, Jan, at KFC Douglasdale, is possibly the best fast food manager I have ever come across.<br> <br> He was attentive, pushed the staff to deliver and when he saw that they were overwhelmed, he jumped in and assisted and communicated with customers directly (without any feed for him to be \summoned").<br> <br> I am really impressed with Jan's attitude and I hope that he is given the recognition that he deserves!"""
