Grayston drive bad services and given missing things

Good after noon, KFC I hope this finds you well, I would like to report an incident 18-Jan 2019 where we bought streetwise 2 -3SW mix and they charged us full price and thing were missing in the mix..we where helped by Neli n Dikeledi from Kfc Grayston drive order 793 and when we went back we were told they busy to assist this was Neli and Dikeledi took the order. I still have the till slip. I hope this will be addressed and resolved.
