Goverment Kfc playing with customer complaintsts

31 January we ordered food ,between Kfc and Uber eats ,something went wrong, I've out in complaints ,but Kfc are giving me dropped calls ,refuses to communicate by email,so this matter is not resolved.KFC Customer Care Case CAS-***-W8L8F9 has been logged YUM:***,so last complaint took 12 months,wonder how long this matter is going to take,the longer it takes ,the kess theil react on staff ,its unfair that KFC is one of the companies that dont discipline their staff . it's so nice working for a govermental franchise.
