Got served what I didn't order

I am really disappointed with kfc southway Mall Durban, the staff and their service was very friendly only for me to get home with just deep fried chicken wings but they were not hot wings that I had ordered, I can't go back and return them as I ubered to get there... We buy hot stuff because we love it otherwise I would have bought normal kfc pieces. Now I had to add hot sauce that I had in the house because they were not hot at all
