Got billed and never recieved my food

Good Morning,

I bought food at KFC Boksburg on the 10th February 2018 at 23:39 and they said my card declined, I was not even given a reciept to show that coz their machine had no paper, I showed them the sms that a sum of R104.70 was out of my account but they refused to give me my food. I even confirmed with my bank this morning and the amount was taken. Im so disapointed in KFC Boksburg! I still have all the prove.
