Goodwood branch - worst KFC ever

Hi I have a complaint for the KFC in Goodwood that does not even know how to calculate proper change and do not have the decency to apologize to customers. My husband and I were on a way to a event and popped in the drive through to quickly get something to eat. The lady took our order for 2 streetwise two's and charged us R117.80. When we queried this, the attendant took forever to understand our problem. After waiting 10 minutes for the refund of the difference that I paid, they only gave me a R48 change. Then I told her the change was not correct and she said well that is what the cashier gave her. I requested to speak to the manager and she said the manager is busy with another customer we must drive back to that window. I said we can't because we are going to be late for an event and I just want my correct change. This lady did not once apologize for wasting our time like this. I was just told that the manager is busy despite me asking to speak to her. Eventually a few minutes later the manager comes without an apology. Now I explain to her I want my correct change, I show her the slip and how much I paid and physically calculate on my phone to show her what change I am supposed to get. By the way while all this is going on we are still waiting for our food! She asks me to wait in the parking bay. Instead of coming to us to apologize and deal with the matter she goes back to helping other customers. When we got our food we just drove off because clearly we were not going to get the correct change, nor were we going to get an apology for this disgusting service. I'm so angry because I am a regular customer here as I work close by and I even wrote such nice reviews for this KFC. For them to treat me like that, they have lost a customer. Clearly by the way we were handled, we were not a priority to this branch where firstly they didn't want to help us, can't do maths properly and nor could anyone apologize for an error on their part. I will not be buying there again!
