Good staff Bad quality food

I always support KFC Graaff-Reinet... I love how the staff treat me and all... The only problem is... The quality of the food is 0...just last week I bought one of the kfc boxes and it was awful... The chicken looked like it was covered with a cloth cos I could see wool pieces and hair all over the chicken and the chicken are always stale like it's been their for 2 days... Like I said... I don't mind spending my money at KFC... But I think we deserve better service when it comes to preparing the food.
