Good service received from KFC

Resently visited the Dispatch branch (KFC) in the Eastern Cape. I was so surprised by the staff's friendliness and helpfullness. Especially the manager she really is such a friendly person and making sure that all the customers that walk in the store is happy when they leave the store. Talking to every customer to see is they happy and telling them about the current competition. Wow she really needs to be recognized for her good managing s****s.
