Good food does not take this long

I am utterly disappointed at KFC in Eldorado Park. I placed an order at 19:25 and its and Im still waiting for my order. Customers who placed an order after me have gotten their orders.

Other customers who ordered before me are still waiting.

Good food takes time but this is unacceptable!
