Good day, on Sunday afternoon at around 11:50 I visited KFC Highveld Mall for chicken wings, on my turn for order I was requested to utilise the ordering machine on the side and I continued as instructed. I waited for almost an hour and 50 minutes to be exact, when I complained I given an attitude by both the ladies assisting at the shop and one of them I was able to see her name tag (Snelise) or something like that. This behaviour in that KFC shop isn’t my first experience but the third and I kept telling my wife not to buy in that KFC coz they are super rude towards customers and do not deserve to serve any one with the kind of attitude they have.
