Good day, I hope this email finds you well, On 21 July the morning I went to KFC Blackheath, I was very hesitant as I know that the quality of their food and the level of service is quite poor. I had ordered a Streetwise Kleva asking for a Thigh piece, I got my order and had to rush for a meeting as I was already late. To my disappointment when I opened the box was a small piece which was so dry and cold, I had to eat it, it seemed like it was from yesterday and it is not the first time getting either meat that is raw or food that is poorly prepared. I am really disappointed in that store and it was not even busy. Kindly see attached is the picture of my order.
