Good customer service from store manager

I had a bad experience at the KFC Centre Place at the end of february. They tried to contact me on numerous occassions and today, I decided to call them back. A few minutes after my call to customer services, the store manager from Centre Place, gave me a call. Nwabi was very polite, and assisted me with the best attitude. I am very impressed at her customer service. I give her 5 stars, for being a real team player, taking accountability and restoring my faith in her store again.
