Good as closed

We ordered a virgin mojito, only to be told that there are no mint leaves after ordering - what's the point? My mojito is dripping from the time it was given to me. We received our order with no tomato sauce. There's no ice-cream either. Our meat is burnt... Why is this Franchise even open today?
