Going to bed on an empty stomach thank you KFC north beach

I placed an online order at 18:36 and made my payment on the app for delivery. I have not received my order, I’m in a different city so I have no means to go collect on my own in store. I called the customer care line and I’ve been holding the line for an hour now. KFC north beach mangrove centre I’m so disappointed in your service. It’s clear I will go to bed on an empty stomach. I will never ever again order anything from you again and I want my money back.
