Glen Acres KFC? Forget It!

With regards to your Glen Acres branch, at approx. 21h00 on a Friday evening. I placed an order at the drive-thru for a 9 piece chicken and paid for it accordingly. At the delivery window, I get told, I need to go and park for another 8 minutes and they will bring it to me. This was fine, however after 20 minutes and still no meal, and not being interested in excuses (especially seeing as the store was not very busy) I was told some story about having to cook chicken in bulk and they only had chicken to sell for burgers. That was it. Out of chicken for regular orders by 9pm on a Friday night. Far from impressive.

what I do NOT appreciate was the fact your team in Glen Acres was very eager to take my money and then also just as eager to get me "out of the way" and let me sit and wait in the parking lot for a meal that quite obviously was not going to come - and pitiful excuses as to why a chicken retailer does not have chicken to sell at a peak time. I have been a decent supporter of this branch and the brand in the past, but if this is how you are going to treat me, I certainly will not be back!
