given leftovers

yesterday on the 12th july my family asked for KFC for early supper. I was not keen as KFC has had a few adverse reports recently in the press. I decided to get some KFC nonetheless and went to KFC robinacres to buy 12 pieces. They told me me that i could not get 12 pieces as they dont do 12 pieces so i bought a 9 pie ce and a 2 piece. When i got home i found 7 pieces of back bone, 2 thighs, and 2 wings. No drumsticks were given and the back bone pieces were dry and mostly bone. I tried phoning the robinacres branch but the number was constantly engaged. I also phoned their customer care line and they wernt exactly enthusiastic either. I will never buy KFC again. KFC should be ashamed of this poor service.
