Give people quality

I ordered KFC online, I received my order, the cooldrink is not what I ordered and I don't drink that cooldrink, the zinger wings and zinger burger is hard, the burger has no sauce or lettuce on it. I called the call centre and was told I need to return it to the store? So I probably have a car that's why I ordered food online. I do not have transport and neither did the call centre agent give the option is collection. I am so disgusted and want the area manager to refund me and compensate for this experience. The last time I ordered I also had a problem. Like give people what they paid for, fresh food, quality items and also what they ordered. I
