Gift Card Order Cancelled, Sleeping Hungry

Ordered KFC for the Family only to have it be cancelled due to no drivers available for delivery. I used a Gift card of R250, they refunded my R5 delivery fee but not my Gift Card, I then called HQ regarding my Gift Card that is now missing, i was told i have to wait 7 to 14 days for a new Gift Card that would be send from KFC. So now i have to wait and hope i get my Gift card value back and we have to go to sleep with now food for the night thanks KFC. If i had my Gift Card back i could have used it and go and pick up the food but no now i have to wait...
