Ghastly service - KFC Walk through a drive thru for pedestrians

I went to KFC this morning to get breakfast at 09:15 and when I got there the shop was closed and the security told me to walk through the drive thru as there was a staff meeting so everyone was expected to buy via drive thru including pedestrians. When I got to the speaker where you place orders I requested to talk to the manager and she came through her name is dusty and she insisted that even pedestrians have to walk through the drive thru as the owner of the shop is the one who called a meeting. I placed and order with her and then she left my order in the middle without even telling me the next thing a hear a male voice asking me if I want to order a cappuccino with my meal? I cant believe that a shop can be closed and force pedestrians to walk through the drive thru as if they are mad people just for a staff meeting on top of that one order with two different people without the decency to tell me that someone else will carry on with my order. Even worse the shop opens at 06:00 am why didn't the meeting happen then when the shop is not too busy.
