Getting 0 value for my money

<p>On 25 June 2017 around 10pm I went to KFC Diepkloof quare to buy food. We get there and to our suprise the front is closed. I was shocked because On the door it written Open 24 hour service. I knock and there's a lady mopping inside tells me to go buy at the "Drive through" window, ai with disbelief i turn around to go to that "drive thru" We are hungry but yoh when i get there there's like a long queue already of people on foot waiting to buy at that window, Then there's the queue of Cars that basically are the right customers for the drive thru, So now how does this work huh. KFC really!!!!! I decided to leave and go buy elsewhere. KFC Treat me with respect, thats all i ask. Firstly it's cold and you expext me to stand outside on foot on that drive through lane. Secondly it's not safe. I'm really disapponted in your service. To think i had to drive to meredale still while there's a KFC at my doorstep is ridiculous but that's because KFC Diepkloof square is useless and doesn't value me as a customer.</p>
