General bad service and hygiene issues

KFC Langebaan has been deteriorating steadily on service levels and basic hygiene in the past months and has been the target of several irate customers on social media sites in town. This includes dumping used oil in public, arrogant staff members and finding hair in the food that is ill prepared. It seems that the ourcry has little effect on the store management and owners as the complaints keep poring in. This is disconcerting in a town with limited franchised fast food outlets available and it gives the impression of a take it or leave it attitude as options are limited.
