Gatvol!!!

I went around 7pm to buy 3 Oreo crushers, I stood in a long queue while in queue I could sense something was wrong coz customers didn't seem to be completing their transactions but I couldn't figure out why coz nothing was being communicated. Only when I was the second in queue one of the ladies in the front announced that the card machine is offline and its cash only.Irritated, I left and went all the way to checkers to withdraw cash and drove back. They took my order and I paid at 19:24 Chk 50154 served by Cindy. 20mins later I was still standing at the counter waiting because the ice cream machine had a problem. The ice cream wasn't setting and only 2 crushers had been made with what I would refer to as runny cream. Eventually they decided to refund me one crusher and I told them it's either I get 3 or nothing. I was then given my full refund. I don't understand and in fact very disappointed and disgusted about the service levels and product unavailability at this branch. 2 weeks ago I went in to buy Double crunch burgers and there were no patties then when I asked for Oreo crushers there was no ice cream. I live in the area and find this branch so useless and cannot deliver
