Gang Members / 28's Ruling the Drive Thru

Saturday Evening around 11h30 I thought I'd get something to eat. The Q's were terribly long & there are constantly beggars looking for money from customers.<br> After 3 ppl approached me, I was already fed up when a skollie who identified himself as a member of the 28's gang came to my window and started harassing me for money. Said that himself and 6 other members were looking for money from the community due to the gang wars happening in Eastridge. After continuously telling him that I was paying with my card he even asked how he was supposed to believe that I didn't have cash on me.
