Ga-Rankuwa KFC Poor online service and the cashiers have no respect for their customer's time

KFC Ga-Rankuwa cashiers have no respect for customers time at all do not bother placing an order on their app thinking you will just collect and go you are fooling yourself, just know you will wait in line like every other customer. I place an order on line because I had a busy day at work thinking if I place an order on line i will just go and pick up my food and eat but I had to wait in line as if I had not placed and order and paid for it already now I had to wait another to min in the shop while they started my order from scratch and the excuse I got from the cashier was that they don't want my food to be cold as if KFC Ga-Rankuwa they do not have food warmer. I am deeply upset about their poor service. No respect at all for customer service.
