Furious customer.

I went to kfc Sherwood through the drive thru at 7.25pm Sunday 7/02/2020 I was waiting for 6mins whilst the lady taking orders was speaking to another customer about their whole life story I heard the whole convo via the drive thru speaker she never give a damn that I was waiting, I called for the manager and the manager never came. I ended up leaving. I tried calling the land-line number *** and there was no answer I tried 7 times.they service is pathetic. And they lady that was talking on the microphone name is nonto if I'm not mistaken. They should be dealt with.
