Funds deducted

On the 28th of May I placed an online order for delivery after money deducted from my account the order was canceled immediately and stated that I’ll get my refund within 7 working days, that did not happen I had to call the customer service everyday for my refund and on the 11th my refund was finally processed, today on 02:56 am the money that was refunded to my account has been deducted again by KFC and I’ll have fight another fight to get it back and for a year to get my refund and when I I was in the process of getting my refund I was asked for my card number and now after this I am worried if is it safe for my account.
