****** funds by KFC

I'm very much disappointed with the service I'm getting from KFC, their app takes money from your bank account before the store even confirms the order, then they don't refund you your money back. I've called, went on X to complain all they do is request info from you then never call you back as promised, it's been over 2weeks now I haven't heard from them of got my money back. I wish people would stop using their app cause it's a big ****!!!!
