****in bad service

I'm very disappointed in the food I've received I've ordered a streetwise 3 meal and I got a streetwise 2 pap ***? I need reassurance that this matter will get solved please and either a refund or somthing needs to take place please? I still got the slip and taking a picture with the slip and food together as proof for social media if nothing gets done about this. Thanks looking forward
