frustrated withe the service and less items

we purchased KFC from phoenix 2, 2 Parthenon street, on 30/01/2016 at 23h49. the service was terrible we waited more the 35 minutes for our meals. we order 4 mega deals however when we reached home we noticed that 1 meal was missing. this is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time that we experienced missing items from our meals. Everytime we drive back just to collect our missing items and this is unacceptable. someone needs to take responsibility for leaving out our items. and driving back for something paid for is unacceptable. <br>
