Frustrated and unhappy.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of service I have received from KFC Irene. We placed an order for 9 Streetwise meals for kids, along with several other meals. However, upon receiving our order, we found that one of the Streetwise meals was missing.

We immediately contacted your call center to report the issue and made multiple attempts to reach the KFC Irene location directly—7 calls in total—yet there was no response or follow-up. To make matters worse, we have still not received any communication or resolution regarding this matter.

One of the children in our order was left without food, which is completely unacceptable. This lack of care and failure to address a simple issue reflects poorly on your establishment.

It's disheartening to experience such a lack of customer service, and frankly, it leaves a bad taste in our mouths—both literally and figuratively. I am still awaiting a resolution to this issue and would appreciate it if someone from your team could reach out to address this.
