Frustrated

Just went to KFC Wondepark drive thru ,ordered a Zinger Meal and they told me that burgers / wraps haven`t arrived that i can only order meat , i`m so sick and tired of this KFC because it has no respect for its customers, there is always one thing or the other with this KFC , The out of stock situation is always an issue \ didn`t they train their managers to do proper forecasting. The ultimate is when the workers had closed themselves in and refused to work and said they hadn`t been paid.<br> <br> I`ve gone on the KFC website i did a physical complaint. Couple of days the rep tried calling me and we got cut off ,never did he call again.<br> I`m definitely sure i can triple this KFC`S turnover cause i used to work in the FMCG MARKET , the way this KFC is run - its as if they are running a ****A SHOP , they never have what you need and for a franchise as big as KFC its unacceptable.
