from complaint to compliment

I would like to take the opportunity to turn this complaint into a compliment. The manager of Rooihuiskraal Pretty assisted me in my complaint. She was very professional and it was a pleasure for me speak with her.<br> <br> Even though the complaint was in actual fact not concerning her branch but rather concerning the Mall@reds branch she assisted me with no problems. In light of this experience I ask you please to take the time and thank her for the excellent customer care she provided.
