Frightening experience//Poor service//Incompetence
Good morning<br> <br> I wish to bring to management attention the pathetic service I received from kfc outlet in queensburgh yesterday-11/08/2015<br> My son and I had gone in to order 8 piece chicken--we were informed it comes with three sides free--the entire order was messed up<br> We were given 8 pieces of chicken with 1 free side only<br> Further to this we were given 4 thighs and 4 wings.When I enquired about this I was informed that is the norm.A male employee behind the counter chips in and informs me that it how it is and if I am not happy too bad.I proceeded to inform him that the previous day I order the same meal and got 3 free side items and 2 thighs
