Fries not included in our meals and pathetic service

I am Livid with the service I got from kfc maponya mall we went there with my partner to by 2 wrapstar box meal, after had placed the order we were then only adviced that we had to wait for meat that's in the stove and then when we eventually got our meals the cold drinks were already warm coz they were already poured into the cups, to top it all when we got home they didn't include fried in both our meals after we drove 15km. we were the couple that bought 2 wrapstar meals Saturday night .
