Friendly staff and great food

Hello,<br> <br> I have had the worst experience with KFC to date, especially the N1 city branch, with unprofessional service and disgusting food. In addition, I have had an issue or two with the regional manager being exceedingly *********** and rude.<br> <br> However, the service at your Plattekloof branch has been exceptional, and when there is an issue it is resolved without any fuss (at least, to date). I hope they keep up the great work - they are the only reason I ever buy from KFC.<br> <br> Cheers
